New tools for understanding searches, organizing articles, and refining your tag cloud, plus refreshed content and stronger safeguards.

PLANNED FEATURE

Search Analytics & Content Opportunities. See popular searches, searches without results, and repeated content gaps. Collection is optional, with configurable retention and a clear-data action.

Bulk Knowledgebase Manager. Filter articles and apply supported category, tag, and visibility changes to up to 200 selected base articles per action.

Client-Area Tag Cloud Manager. Limit displayed tags, choose popularity or alphabetical ordering, filter by usage, and optionally show article counts. Original article tags remain unchanged.

CONTENT UPDATES

Six refreshed packs. Updated cPanel-oriented guidance, Meridian/Jupiter navigation, and feature-availability wording.

A new Domains & DNS article. Added guidance for cPanel 138 Domain Recommendations & Purchase. The bundle now includes 397 customer-facing articles across eight packs.

IMPROVED

Clearer update guidance. Expanded installation, staging, upgrade, and rollback instructions.

More deliberate bulk actions. Added selected-article counts and clearer action confirmation.

Stronger safeguards. Improved administrator permission checks, compatibility messaging, and Search Analytics privacy wording. Visitor-entered search phrases can still contain personal information.

MAINTENANCE RELEASE

Safe Sync. Improved local-edit protection when a pack’s category changes or the previous synchronized state is uncertain.

Category cleanup. Improved ownership checks to protect pre-existing or uncertain categories during cleanup.

Search Analytics retention. Moved expiration cleanup off public searches, with scheduled and administrator-triggered maintenance.

Bulk Manager. Fixed an article-list ordering issue and updated maintenance guidance.

Updating KB Crates

Back up your WHMCS files and database, then follow the UPGRADE.txt guide included with your download.

Pack changes arrive inside addon releases. Check each relevant pack and run Safe Sync when you are ready to apply eligible changes.

About these versions

Minor pack refreshes use patch versions such as v1.0.1. Unchanged packs keep their existing versions.

Release notes describe the addon package. Features documented in the content packs may depend on your hosting tools and licenses.
