Use a PHP version supported by your WHMCS release. KB Crates checks the installed knowledgebase schema before allowing content writes.

Are all eight content packs included?
Yes. KB Crates v1.0.0 bundles all eight packs and 396 customer-facing articles. Install only the packs you want to use; the others remain available for later.
Will my customers use a separate knowledgebase?
No. Installed content becomes native WHMCS categories and articles, displayed through your existing WHMCS knowledgebase.
What happens to articles I edit?
Local edit protection is enabled by default. Safe Sync detects managed article changes and flags conflicts for review. Keep Local preserves your version, while Use Bundled Version explicitly replaces it.
How do content-pack updates arrive?
Updated pack files ship inside later KB Crates releases. After updating the addon files, check the relevant pack, review its changes, and run Safe Sync when you are ready.
Does Search Analytics track individual customers?
It stores daily search phrase aggregates, not separate client IDs, IPs, sessions, or user agents. Search phrases may still contain personal information, so collection is off by default and retention is configurable.
Does the page price include hosting or WHMCS?
The listed price is for KB Crates. A self-hosted WHMCS installation and the hosting tools described by each selected content pack are separate requirements.
